When creating an account, users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

A user may not create multiple fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts or otherwise misuse the platform.

2. ACG SYSTEM

ACG is an internal digital unit and rewards system used within the ZAFERAA platform. It may be used for eligible products, services, and rewards as determined by the platform.

The current displayed value of ACG will be clearly shown on the platform.

The value of ACG and the rules applicable to it may change from time to time in accordance with the platform's established procedures.

3. ACQUIRING ACG

Users may acquire ACG through the payment methods made available by the platform.

A complete record of each transaction will be maintained in the user's Wallet Transaction History.

4. ZAFERAA PRODUCTS

Users may purchase available ZAFERAA products using ACG, subject to the applicable product and purchase terms.

After a purchase, relevant order information, order status, delivery information, and, where available, shipment tracking information will be displayed in the user's account.

5. BONUSES AND REWARDS

The platform may provide different types of bonuses and rewards according to its applicable rules, including:
